Do I need a manager or agent? |
|
| While a manager and an agent have similar tasks, they are different. A manager basically steers your career in the right direction. An agent is responsible for helping to find you work. A manager can also find you work, but that is not their main responsibility. You can sign with both an agent and a manager at the same time but remember you have to pay them both a percentage of your income regardless if they find the work for you or not.
